On how the UFRPE Memorial speaks of teaching, research and extension

Abstract

In this article we present a diagnosis of the work developed in the “UFRPE Memorial” along the year of 2009. In this time, the Memorial was articulated with the intention to be a space responsible to keep research and communicate the memory of UFRPE. In this article we do an analysis of the process of reactivation in that preservation space, as well as the researches that had bases to the exhibition “UFRPE: education, research and extension” and her educative activities. Key Words: Education, Exhibition, Museum, Memory, Heritage.
